Then we hear from Maria Juliana Byck of Paper Tiger TV, who discusses the 25th anniversary of this pioneering public access TV production organization, spearheading radically DIY video a quarter-century before YouTube.

John Anderson from DIYmedia.net joins for the 5th anniversary year-end wrap-up, now expanded to two parts. On this edition we discuss the upcoming Dec. 18 FCC meeting with the virtual end of the newspaper-TV cross-ownership ban on the docket. We also talk about how Chairman Kevin Martin has succeeded in digging himself a Michael Powell-sized hole, alienating both fellow commissioners and lobbyists.
