John Anderson from DIYmedia.net joins for the 5th anniversary year-end wrap-up, now expanded to two parts. On this edition we discuss the upcoming Dec. 18 FCC meeting with the virtual end of the newspaper-TV cross-ownership ban on the docket. We also talk about how Chairman Kevin Martin has succeeded in digging himself a Michael Powell-sized hole, alienating both fellow commissioners and lobbyists.
Note: With this edition I tried encoding both the mp3 and ogg files at 96kbps for higher fidelity, which makes the files 21 MB each. Any feedback about whether this is good or not is appreciated.
