We do our annual year in review of what’s happening in the world of media policy, the FCC and unlicensed radio. Amongst the topics we discussed are the FCC’s inaction with regard to a request made by ham radio operators to review Florida’s anti-pirate radio law and the Republican vacancies at the FCC.
