Paul- it broke my heart when you pulled the plug on MediaGeek as we had run it on radiodriftless for 4years and I met John Anderson once and he was a friend of our tekkie David Klann. Alas, after a DIY heart transplant our live fm station-WDRT is going live in Viroqua, Wi later this summer at a powerful 480 watts. I need five one hour syndicated music programs to put into the schedule grid- what are your suggestions? they have to be good and free. Thanks, J4d (glad you still have your website!)

I am a blade of grass.
John asked if you grew any blades of grass, planted any seeds that will continue to inspire the passion for free media and community radio. You may cringe at the thought, but both John and you have had a large impact on my interests in the field and has inspired me in the medium.
-thank you, your show will be missed.

Paul - This is awesome. This story has been written so many times. I have never heard it plain old narrated! Excellent. If I was stuck in a cave for a year with only pencil, paper and this audio I would totally illustrate it.

I dont like the idea of clear channel owning lucent(R) that license hd radio transmitters
my community station can not aford to pay dues to broadcast HD , no one has any radio's
and it's a very poor data rate for , much like a old mp3 , and there is no way to update HD radio's
like you do your computer software to keep it at the best sounding plug-ins.
the fcc should never let radio go the way of the digital TV dial , we cant aford to lose our last remaining commmunity stations to the digital knife in the back that is HD radio...

and whats this new pirate radio movie all about ???
